On May 5, 2022, W2 Industrial Services Hub formally became a part of the AMEU (Advanced Manufacturing Employee's Union) branch of NTUC, as it was officially unionized.
The company fully covered the union membership fees for all its employees, ensuring that every worker could take advantage of the numerous support and welfare programs available as members of NTUC.
