Lunar New Year Dinner
Our Company's Chinese New Year dinner for 2024 was hosted at HaHa Hotpot D'Arena — a restaurant that specializes in Halal Hotpot. During the dinner, we took a moment to recognize our dedicated team members with our Company's Long-Service Awards. The commitment of those recognized is the backbone of our company's success, and we sincerely thank them for their contributions.

After the moment of appreciation and recognition, we added some excitement to the evening with the Special Ang Bao Lucky Draw, bringing enthusiasm and anticipation to the atmosphere. A total of 11 lucky winners were selected—congratulations to all our winners! Laughter echoed through the event, showcasing the authentic connections within our team. Embracing the Year of the Dragon, we eagerly look forward to a fruitful year ahead.

Uniting for Nature and Sustainability
At W2 Industrial Services Hub, we believe in fostering a strong sense of unity and camaraderie among our team members. In December 2023, we embarked on a unique and enriching cohesion event that not only brought us closer together as a company but also emphasized the importance of appreciating biodiversity and living sustainably.

Our journey began at the breathtaking Bird Paradise in Mandai, where the team immersed themselves in the wonders of nature. Split into smaller teams, we faced exciting challenges that not only tested our teamwork but also allowed us to learn about the beauty of wildlife. It was a morning filled with exploration, discovery, and a deep appreciation for the diverse ecosystems that surround us.

Following the morning adventure, we transitioned to an impactful zero-waste workshop at Unpackt. The workshop focused on sustainable living practices, demonstrating how we can create wellness items like toilet bombs and body scrubs using everyday items with minimal environmental impact. This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into living a more eco-friendly lifestyle by recycling and reusing resources.
The day reached its pinnacle as we gathered for a delightful dinner at Forest Lodge, an event space nestled within the Singapore Zoo. Amidst the lush surroundings, we celebrated the achievements of our teams with a prize presentation for the winners and runners-up of the morning challenges at Bird Paradise. The evening crescendoed with the much-anticipated lucky draw event, adding an element of excitement and surprise to the festivities.

2022
15th Anniversary Teambuilding
In November 2022, W2 Industrial Services Hub marked its 15th Anniversary with an annual team-building event held at Sentosa. The day kicked off with a meaningful act of community service, involving a charitable grocery run aimed at assisting the residents of Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home. Our team was divided into groups, each assigned specific tasks, as we set out on an adventure across the island to accomplish various objectives. Afterward, we headed to a nearby supermarket, where we thoughtfully selected groceries according to a provided shopping list. These essential items were later delivered to the nursing home to provide support to its residents.
Later in the afternoon, we gathered in smaller teams for a creative endeavor: building miniature roller coasters using basic materials such as straws and everyday items. Each roller coaster design was then assessed based on safety, entertainment value, and visual appeal. The top three teams were recognized with bronze, silver, and gold medals, as well as gift vouchers, in recognition of their dedication and innovative designs. The day reached its peak with a dinner at Hotel Jen Tanglin, where we also honored our Long-Service Award recipients and held the eagerly anticipated Company 15th Anniversary lucky draw.

The event blended together camaraderie, laughter, and amicable competition, all harmonized with a meaningful community service initiative. We hold our accomplishments in high regard and extend our appreciation for the opportunity to work together for the betterment of our community.
